This adapter converts an analogue RGB input, to composite and S-video outputs, in either PAL or NTSC at the flick of a switch.
It has been designed to plug directly into the Amiga's video port, for immediate use. However, it could also be used on non-Amiga applications, as it has an 8-way plug (male) on the PCB, which means that you could make any number of cables for other machines and simply plug them into the RGB adapter. I have suitable 8-way sockets (female) available below (scroll down).
It's up to your imagination (and skill) as to how you use the adapter, whether you put it into its own case, or share the case of the machine it is intended for (if it fits). *Please note that I have 23 pin D-Subs and the correct sized backshells for sale in the "Miscellaneous" page/section of my website - useful if you want to enclose the RGB adapter in a case.
It comes as a fully assembled unit only, not in kit form. However, I will leave connectors off if you request it (the 8-way plug will still be on the PCB). Simply select an option from the drop-down menu below, and make sure that you leave a note at checkout telling me which connector(s) you don't want (e.g. 23 pin D-Sub, S-Video, RCA).
